If you feel that our team is the right fit for your project, we'll proceed with a detailed breakdown of the estimate, taking into account the design plans if they are available. This thorough estimate will ensure that you have a clear understanding of the costs and timeline associated with your project, allowing you to feel confident in your decision to work with us.

If you're interested in focusing on the design aspect of your project, our team will connect you with our top-choice designers and supply the essential documents needed to start collaborating with them. Our goal is to ensure that your vision is accurately captured in the design plans, and we'll work closely with you and your chosen designer throughout the process.

Upon completion of the design plans to your satisfaction, we will organize a meeting for you, your designer, and our team to discuss the plans and any necessary permits. During this meeting, we will examine the scope of work and offer further guidance on functionality, city regulations, and design costs. Following the meeting, we will create a comprehensive project scope that includes costs and timelines for each construction phase. We'll then prepare a proposal for your review and approval. Once the proposal is signed, we'll share the required down payment to initiate the construction phase, which typically consists of 50% of the project size.

Prior to starting construction, we'll hold a Pre-Construction Meeting to discuss timelines, logistics, and expectations with you. This includes material selection, ensuring all materials for installation are accounted for, and discussing delivery expectations. We will also conduct a house walkthrough with you, using blue tape to outline installation details and work guidelines. Furthermore, we'll designate a staging area, typically in the garage or an open area within the house, for assembly, fabrication, and tool storage. This approach allows our home remodelers to use minimal space during construction while minimizing disruptions to their daily life.

When construction commences, our project manager will coordinate workers' schedules according to the timeline and materials ordered. We'll introduce our specialists to you, fostering a warm and trusted environment. Throughout the construction phase, our project manager will provide regular updates, ensuring a smooth and easy experience with minimal interruptions. We'll share end-of-day pictures and the schedule for the following day, including which workers will be in the house and their approximate arrival times. Additionally, we'll coordinate regular city inspections to guarantee that all work is approved and completed to the highest standards.

Upon completion of your home remodeling project, we will conduct a final walk-through with you to showcase the stunning transformation of your living space.
