Custom Condo Remodel in Downtown Kirkland

This art-driven condo in downtown Kirkland, Washington was completed in May 2025. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and custom features throughout, all within a $300,000 to $500,000 budget. Our clients, artists who relocated from Barcelona, wanted a highly-curated living space that reflected their lifestyle and European influences, and we focused on bringing that vision to life with precision and care.

Given the building’s post-tensioned concrete slab construction, we relied on careful pre-construction planning and technical coordination. From detailed design drawings to globally-sourced materials and ground-penetrating radar, we ensured every detail was executed safely and precisely, delivering a remodel that combines for personalization, quality, and long-term livability.
